Legal Question in Military Law in Florida
Can I sue or do something about this?
I left the Army around 2 1/2 years ago. I was wondering if I can still appeal and take legal actions for some stuff they did wrong. I have statements from the Trial Defense when I was in the Army about how they opened my mail when I was in training. I have staments from peers that how being a latin made me a target, how they slandered my name. They also gave me a chapter 14, Misconduct, based on not enough evidence. It was just due to the fact they didn't like me. Can I still do something about it? I wrote to the Army Discharge Review Board, about how they violated my rights, including violating a federal offense by opening my mail. Nobody did anything or took any action. Can I still sue or do something?

You need a Military Judge Advocate to answer this. This would be governed by the UCMJ, I believe. It would not be a Fla. question without having some ties to Fla.
The Florida Bar has some Military lawyers that can answer your question, Contact the Bar and see how you can access them.
