Legal Question in Military Law in Florida

Greetings.
I was wounded in Iraq in 04, and was placed on the TDRL in 05. Since retirement, I have had to have my right hip replaced also. Is it possible to have my percentage increased during the periodic exam? And can I be placed on the Permanent Retirement list since I will not be growing new body parts anytime soon. Thank you for your answer in advance.

During your MEB processing while on TDRL, you want to make sure that you get the highest disability percent rating that you would be entitled to. Attorney representation may help you during this process.
