Legal Question in Military Law in Florida
Upgrading a discharge
I was given a general discharge for a positive urinalysis. I had 13 years of honorable service (several honarable discharges and reenlistments) as a Navy Seal. Several other Seals were given honorable discharges for the same offence. Do I have a chance of getting an upgrade?

Re: Upgrading a discharge
Sounds like you have a shot. Based on the situation, it appears that there is unequal treatment of the law. Of course, you would have to have a full disclosure of the facts in these cases so you can show that you were treated differently and unfairly from the others.
Find an ex-JAG type out there practicing in your county and contact him/her. I'm sure they will help. Also the Florida Bar has a list of military lawyers I believe.
