Legal Question in Military Law in Florida
VA Disability claim
When I retired from the service I filed for disability in 1990. In 1993 I was advise my records Medical were lost by the Airforce or the VA. How is their losing my records which by regulation I was not able to have a copy my problem to come up with the medical records? The va says I have to fine the records to prove my case.

The best thing for you to do is to call or visit the nearest AF JAG Office and you can probably gather up information from collateral sources to reconstruct the records. But if you are retired JAG should be free and should get you pointed in the right direction.
