Legal Question in Personal Injury in Florida
3 car rear end collision
my client was involved in a three car
collsion. He was the first car (car A)
that was hit from the rear by the
two other cars (cars B and C). Car A
was stopped, then car B proceeded to
hit Car A at 50 mph. The car C also
came in fast and hit car B into car A.
how do you prove which of the cars
is repsonsible for my clients injuries?

You don"t. You sue both and let them fight it out, Or retain me and I will do it.

You need not prove it. See, Gross v. Lyons. There is a standard Jury Instruction on this as well.
