Legal Question in Personal Injury in Florida
I'm currently behind $45,000 and child support the judge ordered a lien on a personal injury settlement that I am going to mediation for next week my question is will they take all of the money that I am supposed to get after paying medical and my legal fees or will they only take a percentage of the money that I will have left

It entirely depends on the facts of the case you are involved in and your current financial situation. As Mr. Slater points out they can require you to pay all the money due potentially. You need to let your personal injury attorney know of the lien AND you need to have an attorney represent you in the family court matter.
