Legal Question in Personal Injury in Florida

In 2000, my ex-wife died of cancer and her mother accused me of neglect, abandonment and abuse to my children. It took 11 months to get my kids back and she lost the depenency case. Now, January of 2010, Do I have a civil case against her? She lied through the whole process and in her deposition and trial. I have all the documentation.. Is there a statute of limitations in FL?

No. No case that could ever be effectively brought. Give it it up and move on. You won! You have your kids, Rejoice in that and end te relationship with her.
