Legal Question in Personal Injury in Florida
My 27 year old son took an uninsured car registered in my name without permission and got in an accident high on drugs. What is my liability?

Call your insurance company. Generally speaking, you are going to be on the hook. If he actually stole the car AND you call the police AND he is arrested for auto theft, you might escape liability, but perhaps not -- thenm,, of course, he may end up spending some time in prison. If you left the car keys around, then even if he stole it, you are probably liable.
