Legal Question in Personal Injury in Florida

Need Answer now-received motion with no hearing date ???

I received a motion to dismiss my complaint in court by defendants in the case, yet no hearing date with it, the court said I must send these to the judge or else he will not read them, to send a cover letter with date for hearing and the judges name on it, so if i send my response in time to the judge, but with no hearing date, due to them not having one, then how will he ever read them, do you know what I should do here?

You need to call the judge's chamber and get a date for a hearing. Coordinate it with the defendant. You will need to schedule a hearing on the motion to get it decided.
