Legal Question in Personal Injury in Florida

auto accident

I had an auto accident back on 11/08/02.I found a lawyer to

represent me,but she dropped the case after she found out

that the other party,which was at fault,didn't have any car

insurance.Iam still suffering injuries due to this accident.

I want to know if there is anything that I can do to acquire

compensation for medical bills,and pain and suffering?

If the car you were operating was covered for PIP and uninsured coverage you may be able to collect.
