auto accident not at fault

i was in a car accident last year and was not at fault i was pregnet at the time so i could not get any treatment,medication,mri or xrays i now am in therpy and have bad headaches,bulging disk in my neck,tmj and lower back pain i see two different types of specialist and go to therpy,ciro,and massage therpy i still am in the same amount of pain before i started the therpy if not more i am unable to work due to my injuries and have a hard time taking care of my 3 young children, i have had a really hard time since the accident i am scared to drive i always see cars hitting me. i have a lawyer but he has not discuss what i am looking at as a result of my case please help any info would be great

Since you are represented by an attorney I suggest you call and make an appointment to see him. No other attorney could comment without knowing all the facts involved.

Mr. Slater is correct. You should call your atty for a appointment to discuss your concerns. Don't try to do it by telephone. You should be comfortable with his handling of your case and be satisfied that he is actively handling your case.
