Legal Question in Personal Injury in Florida
Auto accident
I was a victim of a 3-car accident. The at-fault person's insurance has not settled w/me, and I am unable to drive my car and am still making payments. This was almost 4 months ago. The faulty person keeps lying to her insurance company about the accident, and supposedly they have to keep investigating it because of her lies, even though she received 2 or 3 tickets due to her negligence and leaving the scene, etc. What are my options?

Re: Auto accident
Obviously you should make the claim for repairs against your own insurance company and let them subrogate against the at fault driver. Most companies are members of an arbitration agreement. They will not assert foolish defenses with other adjusters present. They will collect your deductible for you. Your lawyer can freely present your injury claim when you are well.
