Legal Question in Personal Injury in Florida
On auto insurance. Our was asked to drive to the store in her friend's mother's car by the mother. She got in a fender bender. The ticket was issued to our daughter at fault for running into the back of another car at very slow speed as police estimated less than $100 damage per car. Where is the liability for law suits resulting in "my neck hurts" complaints ? The insurance provider for the car my daughter was driving or will it come back to my insurance company ?

The insurance carrier for the car involved is responsible.
I disagree with the above. If the oher person with the neck injury is the person who was hit by your daughter, then a claim can be made against the owner of the car she was driving and your daughter and any liability insurance that covers her driving.
