BASED UPON THE FOLLOWING FACTS: TRIPPED AND FELL INTO A 9x15 INCH HOLE NOVEMBER 22, 2011. HURT MY LEFT KINEE WHICH I HAVE HAD THREE KNEE REPLACEMENTS AND HURT MY R KNEE. NOW, I WENT THROUGH ONE MONTH THERAPY AND NOW NEED A SCOPE DONE ON R KNEE WITH ANOTHER MONTH OF THERAPY AFTER SCOPE. LEFT KNEE IS HURTING, BUT THE DOCTOR IN RELUCTENT TO TOUCH THE L KNEE BECAUSE OF PAST SURGERIES. AS OF TODAYS DATE, I HAVE ONLY ABOUT 3500.00 IN MEDICAL BILLS NOT INCLUDING THE FUTURE SCOPE AND THERAPY. ANY ESTIMATE OF SETTLEMENT HERE IN FLORIDA

What kind of hole? Where? On whose property? How long was the hole there? Is there insurance? How old are you? Are you employed? Any lost earnings? Was accident reported? Any witnesses? I have handled these type cases for 30 years and you provide insufficient information.

With only the standard two legs and two knees, how can you have 3 knee replacements? How can you have only $3,500 in bills for even one knee replacement?
