Legal Question in Personal Injury in Florida

I broke a molar tooth last night biting into meatloaf in a Healthy Choice dinner, on a piece of bone. Con Agra is the company, do they have any liability or responsibility?

Depends on how large the bone is and if you can prove it was from its product. Contact them and they will probably be willing to negotiate, but without real dental bills and causation, they will offer you very little if anything.
