Legal Question in Personal Injury in Florida

Broke my tooth after eating a egg, cheese and bacon biscuit at McDonalds. Swallowed the piece of tooth.. Would like them to pay to get my tooth fixed.. How do I proceed? 3/19/2018 .. Have not contacted McDonalds yet.. Look forward to hearing from someone on this matter. Thank you.

The broken tooth has to be due to their negligence. You fail to state what you broke the tooth on. Do you still have the offending substance? Teeth break without someone else being responsible so you need to show that they had some culpability.
