Legal Question in Personal Injury in Florida

broken arm

two nights ago i was at a strip club and the bouncer broke my arm. i didnt swing on him or anything, but my memory about the situation is blurry because i had way too much to drink. but thats their fault for still serving me alcohol, right? theres a law that says they're suppose to cut u off before u get that drunk. and now im also out of work for atleast 3 weeks.
