You need to speak with a lawyer to discuss your options. There are not enough facts in your e-mail to really provide you with much guidance. Feel free to contact me if you would like to discuss this further.

NOTE: This communication is not intended as and should not be interpreted as legal advice. Rather, it is intended solely as a general discussion of legal principles. You should not rely on or take action based on this communication without first presenting ALL relevant details to a competent attorney in your jurisdiction and then receiving the attorney's individualized advice for you. By reading the "Response" to your question or comment, you agree that the opinion expressed is not intended to, nor does it, create any attorney-client relationship, nor does it constitute legal advice to any person reviewing such information, nor will it be considered an attorney-client privileged communication. If you do not agree, then stop right here, and do not read any further.
I am not sure what your question is as you failed to ask one. If she was hit by a car and there are serious injuries, you may have a personal injury lawsuit. You should speak with local attorneys to discuss your options.

You should definitely contact a lawyer experienced in the field of personal injury law right away. While many lawyers advertise for these cases, not many are board certified in civil trial law, as the lawyers in our firm are. We'd be happy to speak to you about the situation. There will be no charge for the consultation.
Re: car accident
Do you contend there was an additonal injury to the minor because noone was home?
