Legal Question in Personal Injury in Florida
Car accident
I was hit and have injurys. I had an Attorney. He recently called me into his office and said even with my injurys I have no case. Because the person who was driving the car at the time I was hit, was not on the insurance. The driver is 22yrs old and was driving his parents car. Is this true? I 'am in the state of Florida. Thank you

im one of the few attorneys that sue at fault driver/vehicle owners who do not carry Bodily Injury Insurance and pursue a drivers license suspense.

You may have an excellent case but limited chances for recovery. If one attorney decided to pass on your case, you can certainly speak with others. If the 22 year old was driving his parent's car with their permission, they are also liable and their insurance should be provide coverage to them. Don't give up, rather speak with other attorneys.

It's not that you don't have a case. If the person that hit you has no insurance and can't pay for the damages he or she caused, then it can be very hard if not impossible to collect any money. OJ Simpson lives in Florida for a reason -- and it isn't the golf or the weather.
