Legal Question in Personal Injury in Florida
I was in a car accident last year. My car hydroplaned and hit another car. The lady in the other car doesn't want to settle for the $20,000 the insurance is giving her. She is asking for more money. Her lawyers want a Financial Affidavit. Should I sign it?

You should be represented by a private attorney, not just the insurance company attorney. They have little interest after they pay the $20,000.

I agree with the above. Once the insurance company tenders it policy limits, its responsibility for an excess verdict is gone. See a private lawyer who handles personal injury cases. see www.FloridaPersonalInjuryTrialLawyer.com

You need an attorney. Do not sign anything until you've had an attorney representing you to review it. Regards,
