Legal Question in Personal Injury in Florida
I was in a car crash on May 14 (Not my fault) and I sent the car to a repair garage.
The place already cashed in the insurance check to fix the car about two months ago. It's been three months since the car crash and nothing has been done at all.
I call to see when it will be ready almost every other day and it's always: "It will be ready next week"
The "It will be ready next week" story has been going on for a month and a half now. So I go to see what the problem is, and it turns out they haven't even ordered any parts for the damn car!
What the hell can I do legally about this? It's getting incredibly annoying since this whole ordeal has left me on foot/borrowed cars.
Insurance agency doesn't want to rent me a car because I'm not 21 yet and my credit history is new.

Have someone over the age of 25 rent the car for you and charge it to the at fault driver. You can also sue the repair shop and other driver for loss of use.
