Legal Question in Personal Injury in Florida

Collect or no collect

If I( the plaintiff) win the trial in the court, Could I collect if the defendant did not show up to the trial? It's true that the insurance company( for the defendant) will not pay in Court to the plaintiff( although the plaintiff win) due to the defendant did not cooperate with his insurance company? Thank you.

You will be able to enforce whatever judgment you received against the Defendant. You can execute this judgment against any personal property that he or she may have. You can record the judgment and have it appear against
