Compensation for items damaged in an accident

I was involved in and accident where the other driver was at fault. What responsibility does her insurer have regarding loss of personal items (computer, PDA, etc) resulting from the accident? Also, am I entitled to compensation above and beyond the value of my vehicle, which was totaled?

If personal items were lost or damaged & you have your bills submit them to the insurance carrier. They should reimburse. For your car, you are entitled to the book value as of the date of accident unless the car had extraordinary features.
