Legal Question in Personal Injury in Florida

I have been contacted by an insurance adjuster in regards to an incident which occured back in October or so.

A young man fell off of a pickup truck at the local football stadium and broke his arm. While running and jumping to climb over the side of the truck bed, he bumped into me and was having trouble getting up and in. I tried to help push him up and was not well received, he kicked at me hard so I backed away. The young man released his grip on the truck, apparently his goal was to grab a ping pong ball for an alcoholic game he was participating in and fell. The fall broke his arm, he showed signs of pain but refused attention and walked away from the scene. After waiting at the scene for about 15 minutes, I departed since the young man would not acknowledge a conversation with me. The truck belonged to a mutual friend.

The insurance adjuster is requesting information on my homeowners insurance, and states there could be a potential lawsuit. I contacted the truck owner, it seems that the truck owner has had contact with this insurance adjuster and I assume that the truck owner also forwarded my contact information to the adjuster.

I do not know what my rights are in this situation, I do not have homeowners insurance and I am a renter. Would anyone be able to shed light on my liability in this situation, and possibly recommend a course of action?
