Legal Question in Personal Injury in Florida
ok so i cut my finger on a glass at the bar i worked at last year and just now am getting the bill, even though i turned in the workman's comp. paperwork to my employer the hospital is now charging me. this happened while at work i left emediatly from work to the emergency room. i am wondering if i can sue them to cover the hospital bill which they should have originaly covered.

You may be able to file a workers compensation claim agianst your employer and their workers compensation insurance carrier to have the bill paid.
