Can I do anything about a deer that jumped into the side of my car

I was hit by a deer while driving on the turn pike it jumped right into the side view mirror with was knocked off and shattered on my face and then the deer hit me in the head. I had to go to the hospital and my car was badly damaged and I now have cronic migranes that they have no clue what is exactly causing them and a few scars that I dont want and a really interesting looking lower lip now

I don't think your uninsured motorist coverage will apply as a deer is not a motorist and doesn't usually have insurance. i think your only recourse is your Personal Injury Protection (P.I.P) and Medical Payments coverage in your own insurance for your injuries. Also your collision coverage should pay for the damage to your car, less any deductible.

Sure you can---as long as you had uninsured motorist coevrage on your car. Check your policy to see if you paid for this extra and very necessary coverage. good luck, Floridatrial.com
