Legal Question in Personal Injury in Florida

i won a lawsuit a couple years ago and the money was put into a guardianship account and was put into a bank. when i turned 18 and went to take the money out the bank told me that i had to ask the court to release the funds. what am i supposed to do?

You need to move the court to release the funds to you since you are 18. See attorney who set up the guardianship.
