Entitlement to settlement
Is the spouse entitled to any of the settlement proceedings of a car accident that he wasn't involved in; only the wife. thank you

In Florida a spouse has a claim for loss of services, society and consortium. it may be minimal or significant depending on the relationship of the parties and the facts. Generally the insurance company refuses to make seperate offers but wants both signatures on the Release.
