Second Executrix

My husbad's aunt named my mother-in-law as executrix of her will and me as second. Aunt Bee died recently and my mother-in-law will not sharing any information with anyone but one daughter. Am I entitled to a copy of the will?

A will must be filed at the Court House when a person dies. If she has not done so, the court can force her to present it for filing.

Yes. It must be filed at the court house for probate.
