Legal Question in Personal Injury in Florida

expert oppinon

atty requests Comprehensive rehabilitation evaluation from a specialist then fails to pay for the lenghty report. Is he responsible since said report is not covered by insurance.....

is this your attorney or the other side's attorney.

If your attorney requested the report, he owes the expert but it will be deducted out of any recovery that you make. If the other side requested the report, then they owe the expert and there should be no charge to you.
