Legal Question in Personal Injury in Florida

somebody fall in my bathroom, they have been smoking marijuana before comming to the house and drinking in the house. am i responsible for anything.

You are responsible for any injuries that occur on your property. However, the injured party may also be at fault for being in an altered state of mind. If a judgment is issued against you, it can be lowered by that individuals's own fault.
