Legal Question in Personal Injury in Florida

was at fault in a rear end collision-person i hit declined a police investigation report-we traded insurance data-my insurance paid for her damage (270.00) she called me to say she has some discomfort and an attorney will be deposing both of us-my policy does not cover bodily injury-what should i do? i have no assets-making payments on my used car-i am worried about being personally sued-what are my options?
