Not against your employer. You are limited to WC. You can bring action against a third party.

The prior answer is correct. For example, if your are driving someplace for your employer and are hit by another car, you have both a workers' compensation claim and a third party claim or personal injury claim.

Generally, you may pursue workers comp against the employer and a personal injury action against a third party (person/entity other than employer or co-worker). Workers comp is the exclusive remedy against an employer. The details of your claim are critical in determining where you stand. Consult an attorney.
