Is a FL resident bound by O.C.G.A. � 33-3-28, if the FL resident was in a vehicle accident with a GA resident and the accident happened in GA?

The FL resident's insurer is probably bound to disclose under that statute if it does business in GA. The FL resident should report any request for insurance info to his/ her insurer and let them handle it.
