You would generally have to prove a long term injury in order to collect any monies. Airlines are known for being tight on making any payments to passengers. You may have better luck asking for flight vouchers which do not cost the airline any out of pocket monies. Most attorneys would not take on an injury case for any soft tissue injury such as this as the cost to try to prove any damages could exceed any recovery.
