I had a flood in my condo on Feb 10 2016 as i was waiting for it to be fixed about 3 months ago they found mold as they have dragged their feet I have a chronic illness witch has put me out of work since may 11 2016 now i am in a hotel and nothing is still not done on my condo and have developed a cough in my lungs it my be from the mold as i lived in the mold for over 2 months and feel they have damaged my health

In order to be successful in the pursuit of the negligence claim you need medical support between your medical issues and the mold. The opinions must be within a reasonable degree of medical probability. This is a very tough standard. Seek some legal guidance.
