florida company lawsuit

i work for a truck repair company which has a pending lawsuit concerning a vehicle i worked on. should i be concerned about myself being sued?

It would be uncommon for you to be personally sued on the lawsuit, but not impossible. You may want to have a short consult with a civil trial lawyer just to explain your situation. Never hurts to be safe.
