Fraudulent Accident Case

I was in an extremely minor fender bender. There were no injuries. The other party hired an attorney and went after my insurance with claims that were so bogus, the attorney dropped the case. Now the other party has obtained another attorney and is making more outrageous claims. Can I take any legal action against this person for causing stress by making false claims against me?

No. If you have limited liability coverage you should retain your own attorney.
