Legal Question in Personal Injury in Florida
Has the Frist Amendment become an enabler for destructive religions?
How is it legal for a religious organization to vilify a member who request to know longer be recognized as one of its members?
And by vilify; publish material that attacks the moral character of the individual, falsly attributing specific, conduct thus slandering their reputation among the community, and orderd to be shunned, further enforced by threat of excomunication of noncompliant members.
This seems reprehensible on so many levels. Are their any civil or human rights violations?
