On what grounds can I get a restraining order? I am a minor and a guy I knew in middle school and now in high school has been obsessed with me for years. His facebook page mentions my name continuously.He talks to many people about me. I ignore him but he still comes up to me and talks to my friends. He is a bit off and has been Baker acted once for a week. Although he has not threatened me in the past year, can I still get a restraining order?
