Legal Question in Personal Injury in Florida

won't hire / criminal

Feb. of 2001 I came from Doctors went to bed, ear infection. My son woke me, said deputy entered gate and was searching our property for stolen equip. Son said he asked officer 4 warrant. Officer said didn't have. My son told to leave. Office r ignored him, continued to search.I heard loud noise asked my son what it was, he said a helicopter, I went to look. Helicopter approx. 50 ft. above roof hovering. pressure and noise killing my ears. that moment deputy pulls up from back of property. Officer is in unmarked unit has uniform and gun. Stops at front of house gets out walks to front of vehicle, leans on veh. with arms & legs crossed smiling. I ask what he is doing he says looking for stolen equip. I reply there is nothing stolen here.It was the third time he had come to our home on same premise.Prior visits my husband allowed him to look, no stolen items to be found helicopter 50 ft. away from my ears. I asked him to have pilot back off. He ignored me leaning on front of veh. looking down at shoes w/grin. I ask 4 warrant .He shakes head no. Ask him 2 go , Ignored me I open veh. door ask him get in and go. He grabs me arrests me 4 trespass & resist w/viol Ihave tape of radio trans.of him and c/o before he arrived
