Legal Question in Personal Injury in Florida

i hit a golf ball and broke the windshield of an employee of the golf course. his vehicle was parked on golf course's property. also, he has no collision or comp. insurance on his vehicle. am I responsible to pay for the repairs ?

No, his insurance should take care of this, but he must make a claim. He is refusing to make the claim because he thinks he can get the money out of you, perhaps.
