Hurt Child

My child was hurt by my niece's boyfriend. He picked her up by her arm and threw her on the ground.

Her humrus bone is fractored. Do I have any legal recourse against him for my daughters medical bills,

we are uninsured. He is 17 years old, my daughter is 9.

Yes -- although he may not have insurance either. If he lives at home with parents, see if they have nomeowner's insurance. Cast the conduct as negligent, not intentional. Insurance does not cover intentional acts.
