Your statute of limitations may or may not be a problem for you on the workers compensation claim. It depends on who paid for the cervical operations and when they were performed. The deadline for filing a work comp claim is 2 years from the date of accident or one year from the date of last treatment paid by the employer/carrier. Depending upon the facts of your accident you could have additional remedies in civil court where you have 4 years generally to file suit. You should consult with an attorney immediately on all of this.
