Legal Question in Personal Injury in Florida
If one were to get injured on a major cruise line cruise ship and opted to file a suit, how would that affect a future cruise with the same cruise line that was booked prior to the first cruise?

I do not believe it would have any influence.
Cruise line claims are difficult to pursue. Very frew attorneys handle them. If you were injured during a cruise, you must file a lawsuit against the cruise line within one year of the date of injury, and chances are that the lawsuit must be filed in court in Miami. If you were injured while off the ship, then there are addtional complications,
Filing a claim against the cruise line should not have any effect on a future cruise, although if the case goes to a trial (almost all cases are settled before trial), then the cruise line could argue that you aren't too upset with them since you're willing to go back onto one of their ships.
