Legal Question in Personal Injury in Florida

i have a injury claim against disney. i am concerned about disney coming after me for their legal fees if i lose. can they come after me? i am going to mediation today and want to know if i should settle low to avoid losing in front of a judge and having to pay for disney attorneys

please help

You need an attorney. If you have a viable case, you will not be able to negotiate from a position of power or knowlege of the law. It is very unlikely that you would have to pay the defendant's attorneys unless you have filed a completely frivolous suit, or you do not prevail after rejecting a mediation award.
