Legal Question in Personal Injury in Florida

Injury liability????

If you go to look at a house for sale by a realtor, and are injured while on the property, who if anyone is responsible for medical costs? Would you be in a legal position to sue for compensation for lost wages,pain and suffering,medical costs,or any other compensation? Thank You!

There can be liability on the homeowner or the real estate agent depending on the cause of your injury. If you fell because of an obvious condition, it would be deemed to be your own fault. You shoul discuss with an attorney who is familiar with homeowners claims.
