Legal Question in Personal Injury in Florida
I was involved in auto accident, I purchased my car in April still in excellant condition and a lady ran a stop sign and hit me. The insurance company is repairing my car but the rims were not stock and they can't match. The rim and wheel have cosmetic damage (tires new just purchased in Oct) they want to give me 100 check to compensate. Do I have to settle for that or what is my rights?

You have a right to get reimbursed for the actual value of the rims, even cosmetic damage. No way to know if you should settle as you dont say what they are worth, even though not matchable now. Enforcing your rights may mean a lawsuit and that will cost more time and money that you wont get back, so figure that in to the mix
