Legal Question in Personal Injury in Florida

I was involved in an car accident while doing work for my employer.After doing all reglaments of law of the situation,I went back to my job.My general manager only asked me if I was ok,I replay that no visible injures but a strong headache,She did not offer me to go home or to the doctor;She simply took her personal things and went home leting me finished the nigth shift.I went to the doctors next day.My question is: Could they be held responsible for neglince?

No. It does not appear that you sufferred any damage as a result of waiting a few hours to go see a doctor. It also does not appear that she required you to stay. She asked how you were. If you did not feel able to work, you should have said so and should have gone to the doctor.
