Legal Question in Personal Injury in Florida
I was involved in a collision while boating at night, the originial charge I recieved on a sitation, since i was hit from behind, was not having proper navigational lights. Some time after the fact the same LEO went to the clerks office and was allowed to literally cross out the original sitation and upgrade it to wreckless operation of a motor vehicle on the same ticket. Is this allowed or are there any laws in place preventing this from happening?

It is allowed. An officer can change the charges to add/remove some as more information becomes available to him.
Good luck,
